I had purchsed a new double recliner in 2000. LazyBoy came out twice to fix it, once replacing the frame. Within the 1st year. Then I had the same problem a 3rd time, and they wanted to charge me for a home visit. I was told that I got a special price when I bought it and I should be satisfied. Price does not matter when the product does not even last one year. Have reported it to the BBB, and won my case. But still ended up trowing the recliner out. Paid over $600.
