I went to Firestone with a flat tire and a bad attitude. I left with a great new tire a big smile. I went to the Firestone on 333 S. Dawson Street, Raleigh and was helped by Alex Turner. He went above and beyond cordial help; he was an absolute delight and saved my day! He helped me get a brand new tire at a discount price ($60 instead of $100!!!) and treated me better than any salesperson I have ever met. Now, I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Firestone, especially Alex Turner!
