It's been very very disappointment from Firestone Bayonne area. I had bilked the appointment for 10 AM on Saturday and till 12:30 PM they haven't looked at my car. When asked the reason they told that the tire is not arrived. I lost all my day because of their negligence. My first time experience in Firestone is very bad.
