In Feb. My husband had a blowout to one of his tires that only had 30,000 miles on it. Our pick is still under warranty and it has a pro-rated guarantee. (This happened just before all the hype about the Firestone Tire recall due to blow-outs) His tire blew out from the side. This happened a t 4:15am on the way to work on a rainy day. It was scary and dangerous.
Firestone should have pro-rated and refunded us accordingly. We contacted every Firestone Co, imaginable and nothing ever got resolved. So everyone should beware and put these jerks out of business!
