I had ordered a bedroom set for my daughter on 12/15/03 from this company, and as the other's had stated they were very professional in there responses and the way they handled the sale. I was required to put down a 40% deposit which was $741.00 on my credit card. After 6 months of non-delivery I finally cancelled the order and was told I would receive the refund in approx 2wks well to this day NOTHING!
I was also told in a non-direct manner by Rachel Adams and Mary (when I was able to reach them) to contact my credit card company to get my deposit back. I am furious it looks like I'm out this money! There is no way to contact them. I have called, emailed, left messages posing as potential sales to see if they would call me back NOTHING!!! Don't ever order from them they are probably out of business by now!!! I'm sure if you had we will all be part of a class action law suit against them especially John Dudlley and Mr. Dean Warren The head Liar's.
