Henry Lee Privette faces criminal fraud charges. The N.C. Attorney General has more than 200 complaints against Privette's furniture company on file.
Take my word — and those of the others involved in this — the sales people (mine was "John") are professional and courteous. The prices are TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE — a tip-off I should have caught.
Their web site is informative and well done. BUT — after having a 50% deposit of $1,800 for 6 months, we are unable to get any truth from the customer service man "H.R." about when our furniture will be delivered.
The last promise was by January 19 — one month ago! After reading the other consumer complaintss on this company, I am sure I will not be getting the new bedroom suite for my daughter from this company.
My husband and I plan to take legal action to protect others like ourselves.
Please — do not fall prey to this rip-off!!
