Ripoff, dishonest, lousy customer service, took my additional deposit even though they knew they were in trouble

I requested a room collection from furniture US in March. Quit a significant deposit and was informed I'd be stored updated on the provide day.

I gave one more deposit in July so my closing balance wouldn't appear so big. They approved it and stated there could be one more delay of 4 - 2 months. That will provide me to six months of waiting. I'm living out-of containers in my own room.

They ought to have already been upfront using the clients and delivered the remains or switched the purchases to a reliable organization.

I'd to contact the BBB to discover that which was happening. I really couldnot achieve them by telephone, mail or fax.

This stinks. Personally I think therefore broken and need my money-back... I am aware Dean Warren the Leader of the organization has skipped town. Exactly what a coward.
