We did our due diligence by contacting the BBB-A rating, contacted references and insurance company. Everything was in order. We signed a contract and after signing over the partial insurance check and deductable, we have yet to hear from Mr Taylor. It has been over 4 weeks and we've been unable to contact him via phone or e-mails. Our only option now is to file a report with the fraud division and hope that something can be done. Beware of this predator!
