It has been three weeks without heat or air conditioning. The contractor told me they could have had the problem fixed the first day they were here, but because of the warranty policies we have had to wait for approvals and parts shipped direct from 2-10. When I called 2-10 to complain the Supervisor actually told me that it is not that bad and I just am not able to take the weather. He also said there was nothing that could be done to speed up the approval process and that it could take weeks more to repair the unit. I will never buy a home warranty from these people again and I will warn everyone of the terrible service I have received. Don't waste your money.
