I have had nothing but bad experience's at every location that I have been too. The first time I went to a location on Main & Country Club to get an oil change. I did not have an appointment so I made sure that I got there before the shop even opened. I wanted to make sure that I would be able to get it in. I was even there before the employees of the business. When the manager arrived and opened the doors he told me that it would be a couple hours before he could do a oil change and I would have to leave the car. This whole time there is not one car in the garage and there was no customers around either. So I just let it go and went to another location. I eneded up going to another Monro on Main & Brice, they said that they could get me right in. Well after all this my check engine light came on, so I had went online to see if I can make a appt. For the location on Main
& Brice because I did not have any issues when they did my oil change. Well the next day the location on Main & Country Club called to confirm my appt. So instead of switching the location I kept the appt. When I got to my appt. The manager was at the couner and did not greet me when I walked in the door, so I walked to the counter and let him know that I had an appt. For 4pm. I told him that I need to have him pin point why my check engine light is on. I had told him that I have already taken the car to Auto Zone and they coded it for me I just need to find the excte issue. So I called the location at Main & Brice to double check the cost before I went over there. When I first called the manager called and he said that the cost would be $94.00. I said why is it $94.00 if the location on Main & Country Club only charged $64.00. He said he is not sure why he charged that but he can go ahead and let me pay that even though it is not the regular price. So I went up there and he did the check on my car. He said that he cleared the code but he could not pin point the issue, but if it came back on I could bring it back and they would look into it. So as I waited for him to finish my car someone else called and asked the price for the same thing I was getting done and this time he said it would be $89.00. So now this is three different prices with in 20 minutes for the same service. When he gave me my reciept it did not say anything about me being aloud to bring it back it the light came back on so I had him hand write it on my paper. The very next day the light came back on, so I took it back and told him that the light is back on. He pulled it in and said again that he can not find the issues. So I told him that I want my money back because I already told you that I knew what the code was ffrom Auto Zone, I need to know what was causing the code and you can not figure it out. Why would I just let you get 70.00 just like that. So he has the guy look over the car again and they come back and type the code in the cpmputer ans print from online what the code means and just handed me the paper with out saying anything. I said what is this. He said this is the problem and I am going to have the other guy explain it to you. So when I was talking to the other guy he was telling me that they are not sure if that is the problem and he would have to run a smoke test on it to kknow for sure. So he finally said that he would do that test to see because I told them id=f you can not tell me what is wrong with my car them give me my money back. While I was waiting for my ride to come get me because I have to leave my car so they can run the other test I herd another customer going off because they should have been done with his car the day before and it is not finished either. Its just all bad and I think that they just make up prices and tell you anything. They do not know how to treat a customer and should be closed for business. Dont ever go here!!! You will waist your money!!!
