Me and my family were regular customer at:
— Monor Muffler/Break & Service — 649 West Main St. Waterbury CT.
My dad had a oil change for 27.99.
I had an oil change for 67.83.
The guy who charge me above amount told me that they had a battery test of my car which cost $26!!!
Thats really too much to pay just for a battery test!!!
I made a phone call and ask the guy he told me to come over to their shop again with an invoice but he was not able to explain me why he charge me $67.83!!! His excuses are that we test your battery so it costs alot.
When i check at their website there is an offer for a FREE battery test.
This shop is really with bad customer service and non professional staff at Monor Muffler/Break & Service. They have no manners how to talk and make their customer satisfied!
They are like cheaters cuz he told me that its gonna cost me $27.00 but in the end i paid 67.83!!!
Me my family and our relatives have decided not to take our cars to Monor Muffler/Break & Service at all and we will keep telling our friends and closed ones about our bad experience at Monor Muffler/Break & Service.
