Very dishonest!

I took my 2006 Cadillac CTS into the Monro Muffler Brake at 7888 Troy Pike, Huber Heights, OH 45424 two weeks ago because of the check engine light and a chugging and jerking everytime I got off of the highway and every time I stopped at a red light. The shop employee let me know they would inspect it and give me a call. They let me know it apparently needed an oil change and a new Camshaft Position Sensor and this would solve the chugging. So I decided to go ahead and spend the $450 they quoted me. When I picked up the car the gentleman let me know if we needed the chugging to completely stop we would also need a tune up (*Cadillacs usually don't need a tune up under 100,000 miles and my car isn't even close to that!). No less than 3 miles down the road the chugging began again and the check engine light started blinking. Beyond irritated, the next day I took it in to Voss Village Cadillac in Centerville, OH. Two hours after dropping it off they called and asked when was the last time we had an oil change because the oil they found was low and watered down! They also let us know the Camshaft Position Sensor was USED! One week later I had my car back in perfect running condition. I disputed the charge with my bank and received my money back in full! I would highly suggest not going to this chain at any location. It's not worth your time, money and aggravation!
