Generally I have good experiences with Monro, I trust them and I am usually in and out with what I needed done completed.
All except for the recent time that I went into a location in Rochester, NY. I made an early appointment @ 9AM, dropped off the car, and did not receive on status update on my car.
It took until 1:30 PM for me to receive an update on my car, and that was because I called in myself.
Turns out they had not gotten to my car until i called them, and then they were able to get it into the garage.
I'm wondering if my issue puts me in the back of a queue or what? I stopped by beforehand needing a car to drive to work and they had said that they were using the device to figure out the problem on another car, that arrived much after I had.
