I waited in-line in the rental centre to get a great fifteen minutes to hire a vehicle. Our change got up and that I was requested for my evidence of insurance that we did not have on me and so I returned towards the vehicle and delivered in under five minutes and waited for atleast half an hour to become waited on and that I believed anything was okay. I had been informed they'd need to contact and confirm my insurance. They named and was on-hold for 10 unitsapproximately and my broker was shut therefore it visited the phone call centre for State Park plus they for whatever reason couldnot suffice Homedepot and that I was informed I couldnot hire the vehicle until Friday when my broker was available. I am aware Homedepot needs to protect themselves-but why is this so annoying is I'd hired a vehicle from another area a couple of months previously inside a half-mile from their World Headquaters and had not a problem. If any shop is subsequent plan, I'd believe it'd of been this 1. Verry dissapointing and destroyed my morning.
