Beware... We hired a vehicle from plan for a transfer. Whenever we came to get the vehicle at 7AM, they tales started. First they mentioned they had a need to get obtain the vehicle from the area outside. They mentioned they did not have that size vehicle. They mentioned they had an inferior vehicle. They mentioned the smaller vehicle was completely new and must be washed. They mentioned the completely new truck was not within the computer program, consequently, they mightnot hire us this vehicle. And on and onto it went. They wound up stringing people along for nearly one hour 5, hardly speaking to us despite us attempting to pry out data from their website. No one might recognize they were the supervisor whenever we requested to talk to one. Ultimately, they ultimately informed us that there is no vehicle for all of US to hire despite the fact that we'd a reservation that was completed months ahead of time. They never appeared for another vehicle at another area. Ultimately, they accepted this occurs constantly and stated there's nothing we are able to do for you personally. Within the agreement, if we were to stop just before 48-hours we'd be billed a-50 dollar cancellation charge. They'dnot actually do exactly the same for us because they clearly terminated on-US. If you should be thinking about shifting any time in the future or understand anybody moving any time in the future DON'T RENT FROM BUDGET!!! Not just was this AN ENORMOUS inconvience for all of US but in addition for the folks we'd assisting people transfer. We're able to just look for a vehicle at another organization for 6 hours that evening because it was such short-notice also it being a Sunday.
