I joined a-8 time rental agreement with Colones Car Rental, and about the day of the next evening the vehicle DIED privately of the street in the centre of nowhere. I quickly approached Colones, informed them of the specific situation and also the area, plus they assured me they might deliver a tow vehicle and look after the issue. They've consequently billed me $750.00 for harm done towards the vehicle between your period I informed them-and their access of the auto, and charged me for that complete 8 times of rental! These were unhelpful and unapologetic for sticking me by having an unhealthy vehicle within the first-place, and accused me of "leaving" the vehicle after I'd informed them of anything. Prevent these folks no matter what! They're sleazy, untrustworthy and inefficient!
