Mr. Tronco was hired to put up and adjust cabinets in our kitchen, move sink, redo our dining room, open our walls, add an addition which was a masterbedroom, walk in closet and master bathroom. The work began the end of March he did not leave our home until November. The kitchen took months which was three weeks of him not showing up, the crown modeling he did at his shop so when he put it up it did not fit right. He made excuses of anything that would go wrong, when the crown modeling was not hitting the ceiling, he advised the ceiling was unleveled. However, he put the crown modeling together at his shop rather than on the job, his measurements were off. He accepted the cabinets from the cabinet company and was to report any damaged cabinets, there is a small crack in one of the cabinets, not sure if it was delivered that way or did he do it? He was to adjust the cabinets they are not adjusted, he did not report the soft close hardware missing in each cabinet so it was a fight to get the remaining ones. He packed out a door in one of the bedrooms and did not fill the top of the door. No hot water in the shower. The shelving unit in the walk in closet came down it was not screwed into the studs, when mentioned to him, he replied that's what came with the kit. Door came off in the kitchen. Used bent material for the J channel. Did not complete the diningroom as agreeded. Was to vent the dryer in new laundry room did not do, his excuse too much stuff in attic, when my boyfriend went in the attic seen signs of mold started as contractor nick vented in attic, took boyfriend only 1 1/2 hours to do the job. Contractor asking for money before it was due. Forgot to cap a pipe in the crawl space which caused our crawl space to flood.
