Well first off all, I was very excited about having my mothers antique chair restored as well as producing a matching ottoman to go with it. At first this company seemed legitimate as they had a above average office with a nice receptionist. After I paid the deposit and handed over the family heirloom, that's when things got very weird. Three weeks went by and I was expecting a call to confirm that the fabric we ordered was up to my expectations. No call.
Then when I called the women said that Patrick was not in. I left a message and waited, waited and waited. Finally, I made the drive to the location and noticed a stench and odor coming from the facility. When I went in the individuals seemed surprised to see me. At last, I was able to see the fabric but was very upset because they had already reupholstered the chair. It was the wrong fabric and was bound with some gross glue.
