I purchased a couch at Jordan's Furniture. It was a custom fabric. We told the salesperson we had 2 small dogs and needed a fabric that would not run/pull. She choose a fabric and kept running her nails across it saying "this is my paws and claws test" and that it was "virtually indestructible". She also said "just buy the fabric protection and you'll be all set".
When we got the fabric/couch home, we realized the fabric's weave constantly broke off and pulled. When we went to the customer service desk and told them about the couch and inquired about the fabric protection, we were given a post card sized piece of paper with tiny writing on the back stating paws and claws are not included. I was told the same by the customer service people. People should know that Jordans does not live up to their reputation for customer service and that the fabric protection plan is a scam
