Purchased a queen mattress and box before Christmas and was given a delivery date before Christmas. Delivery date came and went without so much as a call, contacted the store and they could not give me a delivery date. A few day later I came to the store and asked for a refund only to be told that it would take 3 days and would be handled in a different location.
A week later I called and could not get an answer on when I would get a refund. I have sent this to my credit card company for dispute and it's in process. Just to recap: I never received the product or was given a delivery date after the first one that they didn't follow through on. I was never given a reason for the delay on refund. I'm 58 and fairly affluent but have never experienced anything like this.
