I ordered a mattress 2 weeks ago at Mattress Warehouse in Fredericksburg, VA. They have set up delivery 3 times and all 3 times they have not delivered and said that they didnt know why it was not on the delivery sheet. They keep saying that all they can do is reset delivery for the following week since they only deliver in my area once a week.
I said that I wanted my money back and they said that it would take 3 weeks to issue a refund. I have called the corporate office and the district manager and all I get is a recording. I have left several messages and noone calls me back. Their customer service is sorely lacking and so apparently is the organization at their store.
