After getting all kinds of wrong information. Driving around, calling Repair, customer service, store, customer solutions, I realized all I can do it is wait until January 10th to get a vacuum fixed even when I was told twice by 2 different departments that I could get a new one. I have been trying to get the right answer for weeks. I have been Sears customer for at least 10 years and this is the first time I have this kind of problem. I just want them to do what they said they would do.
