The old bait and switch scam... POOR, POOR Customer Service

I visited the show-room and bought a brand new bed on November 27. I taken care of the shipping towards the store that was $29.99 (to create it from THEIR factory, FOR THEIR shop). The salesman mentioned it'd maintain the shop on Thursday, November 29. On Wednesday morning I obtained a voice-mail declaring they were likely to provide the bed to my home free of charge (nicely, not necessarily since I'd settled the $29.99 charge currently remember?) I delivered the phone call after I acquired unemployed and that I quit a voice-mail. On Wednesday morning I called again. The guy about the telephone explained they could not provide on Friday but to contact the shop and routine the shipping for Friday.

The bed was delievered as prepared with just one small depth elimanated, it had been NOT the bed I selected and taken care of in the show-room. I named the salesman on December 5. Used to do not hear back from him and so I actually transpired there. I also introduced 3 others to look at both show-room bed and also the one which was sent to my house. ALL 3 decided, it had been different bed, despite exactly what the label said. Wealthy, the salesman, named somebody plus they approved him to deliver another bed to my house on Sunday, December 10. The bed arrived on Sunday, as prepared, and you know what... The exact same INCORRECT bed. At this time it's apparent they had changed the labels to some lower-grade bed. I declined the shipping. I waited another time and named customer support myself. I eventually organized for that bed to become acquired on December 13 between 4-8pm. They appear on Wednesday at 2:45 pm. Fortunately my adolescent child was house and following a few telephone calls in my experience at the office, since she could not discover the "free" bedding address they offered me at that time of purchase, these werenot likely to get the mattress. Additionally they informed her the get was planned for 7-10 am. Okay, so that they were possibly 4 hours and 45 minutes OVERDUE or these were 1-hour and fifteen minutes EARLY.
