Bought the sofa and loveseat on 3/23 and scheduled the delivery for May 20th. I took a day off from work, but was informed that the delivery was cencelled after I had to call them about the status. Delivery rescheduled for next day. My wife takes a day off and now the delivery company tells me that the they cannot deliver the sofa on May 21st either. The store manager (Jeff Graynor) does not even make an attempt to call us. Originaly when I talked to him on May 20th, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was very "sweet talking" when selling the sofa.
I have requested to get atleast $ 75 credited to my account for delivery charges.
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL CONDUCTING BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. The store manager/owner will sweet talk you into the purchase, but no after sale customer service.
