I went into the store looking for a sofa. I picked out a sofa but was informed that it was a floor model and I could pick out a color from samples for the same model sofa, which i did. I asked how long before delivery and was told about 3 weeks. I assumed it was coming from a warehouse or another store. After 5 weeks I inquired about delivery and was given the run-a-round. After 7 weeks the salesperson informed me it would be in dec. Before the sofa was delivered. I told her this was unacceptable and to cancel the order. The Manager emailed me and informed the order could not be cancelled and I would not get a refund. (I paid infull with my debit card). I disputed the charge with my bank but they sided with the Merchant, because I signed for the purchase. After 11 weeks they tried to deliver the sofa but I would not accept delivery. The store is in possession of my funds and the sofa, If they haven't already sold it to someone else. Can you help?
