I am writing this memo in regards of a scheduled delivery which I spoke to a live person last night who told me " My delivery is schedule for today 6/21 between 7:15 am and 9:15AM. As a professional I did schedule to work today early I rescheduled my patients for late appointment. As the hour passing by, no one showed up, no one contacted me I decided to make a call to Sears explaining to more than 6 people what had happened. What a shame for a big company which I trusted for years. No open line of communication, to make a simple call and explained that the mattress and the bed won't be delivered. While I am waiting like a fool, an empty room, no delivery. Shame on me, no more Sears products. Thank you very much for been a liar and unprofessional. Words cannot be expressed how I feel about Sears today.
