I purchased a three piece sectinal made by England, a subsidiary of La-Z-Boy. Upon delivery, it would not connect together. The delivery men ripped the fabric in their effort to connect.
After many attempts, the Roomstore agreed to order new fabric to fix it. Many weeks later, the fabric came in and it was not the same color.
After many more attempts at contacting the Roomstore, they agreed to order two new pieces of the sectional. When it came in, it again did not connect. It travels all over my living room. They said there was nothing they could do about it and will not return phone calls. England, the manufacturer says it is a retailer problem. The Roomstore has been rude and unresponsive at best.
