Cole Furniture sucks. Avoid them at all costs! It took us 2 and a half months to get our furniture from them and the times that I called to follow up with our furniture I was given 5 different dates, all passed by, no furniture. They told me that Ashley was out of my furniture but when I contacted Ashley-within 12 hours of speaking with Cole-Ashley told me that all items were in and that wasn't the hold up. When I finally gave them an ultimatum the furniture was here and when I asked for a discount for the amount of work and waiting I had to put in I was given a refund on the delivery charge and a wall clock. I was told no to a discount because the invoice says orders can take up to 3 months and was told, "you couldn't have gotten a lower price on the furniture you bought anywhere else anyway, " Cole treats their customers with absolutely NO respect, doesn't try to help them and treats them like they are stupid. Avoid them!!
