I tried to purchase two Ashley chairs through Coleman Furniture in NY and they never delivered. They accepted payment, however they never returned any calls. The chairs were purchased on December 26th and I finally had to cancel the order March 11.
All there was when I called was someone with an excuse, but no delivery times. Apparently the chairs were damaged, or a part was missing and being shipped to the factory - but never any firm delivery dates. Buyer beware of Cole furniture - distributor of Ashley Furniture.
