Bob Williams came to my house to give a painting quote for the company I contacted, Painting Plus. When I mentioned refinishing the floors, he asked if he could uote that as well, stating he could give me the best price in town using a reputable crew he had used before.
My ground floor is appx. 1,400 square feet. Both the proposal and invoice stated 3,422 square feet of flooring.
The finished floor had to be sanded TWICE and is still wavy because of the sanding job.
There are saw cuts in every stair riser.
Polyurethane puddled at the base of many of the door frames, and stain covers bottom of most of the door frames.
