My name is Chrles Little. I am 83 years old. I have shopped at Sears all my life. I have purchase many high ticket priced items. I bought my last furnace and air conditon unit with the service package. My unit has not been a good unit. Every time it gets very cold or very hot I have a problem.

On July 23 my house was not cool at all. I called your service company. They said they could not come out to my house for 9 days! Nine days in the heat of summer is a very long time. You have my money so I couldn't call anyone else. I guess that is why you sell the service package. On July 20th I waited all day for a service person to come. At 5:00 Pm I called. They said they came to my home but I wasn't home. That was not true. They said they would send someone out right away. No one came at 6:00 PM they said it would have to be Monday. Monday a service person did come. He worked on the unt. After he left my house it still wasn't cold. My wife and I had to eat out because it was too hot to cook.

On August 6th we woke up to a unit not working again. They said they couldn't get a repair person out until Monday again. After I yelled they agreed to send out a repair person on Saturday. They didn't get here until late afternoon. My unit needed a motor this time, so I was out of air ondition for 2 more days. They said they didn't know if they could come back on Monday. So once again I had to yell again. This time they tried to sell me a service package for my stove! Why would I want to buy a service that take so long to get something fixed?

At this time I am a very unhappy customre. I am not sure if I will buy or recommed your Service Package to anyone or your company to anyone again. Again I am 83 years old, and I am not in good health. I don't need this stress. As I am writing this letter my unit still is not fixed!

I hope this letter does not full on death ears. I had a problem with this system since I purchase the unit I would expect this service from K-mart but not Sears. I have always felt I could get a good product and service from Sears until now.
