As an older consumer, I am so disappointed with the response time for repairs. Anthony (repair tech) has ordered my parts today under emergency, because I have already been without a refrigerator for two weeks.
Last week you sent a Sears tech on Monday, and then an A & E tech on Thursday. Finally today the parts have been ordered, but you have scheduled the repairs for Friday, January 21. Today is the 10th... What are you thinking!
