The worst

We notified sears of a problem with our refrigerator august 8. A technician came august 10th to diagnose. Gave a diagnosis that it needed major repair costing $800 dollars. This was the second time it needed major repair and a new unit is $999!
Then he gave us all sorts of incorrect information. Frequent follow up calls got us information that indicated the unit was still covered by warranty due to the most recent repair. So we were happy we didn't take the tech's word for it.
Then we were scheduled for repair but guess what? Parts were not ordered. 10 days or so later parts were here at the house and tech shows up to tell us he can't do the job by himself it's a two-man job!
Rescheduled again, supposed to be here today between 1-4. We paid someone to be here as both of us work. At 4pm not a word. Called to check told they should be here by 5:30 if not to call.
Wife has been on phone since 5:30 (now 6:45) and now we're told Wednesday. Can't give us a commitment on time!
Hours of our time no concern from sears. Will not make the mistake of buying anything from them again and will use this site, Facebook, twitter, and all other sites, plus word of mouth to let others know not to spend a dime with this company.
