We were using Sears Connect and when we moved in August switched to Bell Canada. We cancelled the service with Sears Connect at that time. We have been billed for the service ever since. WE called them again a few months ago to complain that we are being billed for service that we are not receiving and would like to be reimbursed. They said that someone from the company would investigate and get back to us within 30 days. We didn't hear from anyone, until we received a phone call and letter from a collections agency. We have spoken with Sears Connect and JP Chase over 10 times, and nobody is able to help us or put us in touch with someone that could help us. We received another call from the collections agency today, and again a call to Sears and Chase that will go unanswered, and not responded to.
