We bought a new ge refrigerator and had problem with the handle. Service guy showed up late afternoon even though it was a morning call and looked at it. He ordererd the screws but they don't fit. Made another service call and it was cancelled last minute on the morning of april 23rd 2011. Called service again on april 25th to reshedule and had to wait for atleast half an hour to connect.
