no matter what your manager may want to believe, he cannot singuarly disregard the price match gurantee because another retailer's price is lower - i would like the sears store to match this competitors price (or prove why it should) not based on " Sears will not..., clearance or closeout prices, or prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise" - this was not a open box nor close out item - which craig assserts it must be, without any evidence
