To make a long story short was told by Sears employee in the appliance department that they would price match Home Depots price on appliances. Applied for a Sears credit card once approved the employee wouldn't price match washer & dryer. They also wouldn't price match the refrigerator or the electric range. Tried to sell me kenmore products so I called sears customers service and informed them of what occurred the rep stated sorry to hear can I help you with anything else. YES you can close my account. Her replied ok no problem. Sears customer service has gone down hill fast it's not your mothers sears anymore. Glad I never used that credit card.
