They made me wait for 6 months when i got spa it was not compatable with US standards. I was also told by charles east to cut this & by pass that i did not. I want a refund & spa removed from my yard. It has a treeible odor. It is now not in use cause the cold weather package i paid extra for did not work, This company is just out there to take our hard earned money.
