You must contact the BBB of OAKLAND CA. Maby if enough of us who got ripped off complain we could maby make a difference. Try to help the next guy. DON'T STOP TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.in my case it was $5,300.00.in this economy people should seek reimbersement. They sent me a bogus spa nothing works. It took 8 months to come.By then my credit card co. Blew me off. I read this in every complaint the same MO, make the people wait until they cannot dispute it on their card. Steer clear of this operation they r the rip off.com of the year. I have yet to read a good report about them. These people should not be allowed to operate a company that does not refund.
