I ordered furniture 8/21. I received emails to expect the furniture by 9/2. That was not great seeing all other items I ordered from other companies were there before that, but oh well... Then after that got another email that it may be 9/22. Just checked and it is still sitting on a truck in Indiana. Was told they are waiting to get a truck load before it leaves the dock. What trucking company can possibly afford to let trucks sit at the dock for weeks?
I called several times and every time I get told something completely different. One said "oh yeah, we have had a lot of trouble with that trucking company". So you do what? Continue to do business with them. Told I can't cancel the order and if I refuse delivery it is a 50% restocking fee.
Last Friday I was told that shipments to my state fill up pretty quickly and it would ship over the weekend. It is still there 5 days later.
If there is a picture of incompetence and a rip off in the dictionary, please make sure this company is the poster child.
