DO NOT order online/by phone from Furniture Geek, a subsidiary of Bo Smith furniture. We have ordered many pieces of Kincaid furniture from the High Point shops online and were horribly disappointed with the one time we ordered from Furniture Geek. I placed an order for two pieces (a dresser & blanket chest) on 1.15.13 and took delivery on 7.16.13 - ridiculous. They do not answer their phones or return your calls. You may get a "we're looking into this delay"-type email if you are in touch with Ashleigh there. Although I saved a few hundred dollars on this particular order, it was NOT WORTH IT. I called and emailed at least twelve times. Their delivery service (Reliable Trucking?), however, was lovely. Order from Home Gallery instead — they are absolutely fabulous with beyond fabulous customer service.
