My daughter locked our keys in truck. Called 24/7 Lockout for their advertised $19.95 Lockout Service. Was quoted $19.95 for service call and additional $15.00 for labor. I was not informed of any other charges that would be additional; and anticipated a $35.00 bill. Was told technician would arrive within 25-30 minutes.
David, the technician called me approximately 30 minutes later and said he would arrive within 10-15 minutes. After an hour of waiting, I called and got David's phone number from answering service. Again spoke to him and he said he would be there in 10-15 minutes. I waited a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes for David to arrive.
After he popped the lock, he totaled up the bill. I was told I owed $60. He then brought up that I had to pay mileage and a $10.00 Credit Card Fee. None of this had been disclosed to me previously. I was angry and said that was ridiculous. David said "Just pay it, I don't have time to argue with you."
This was one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever dealt with... Don't use this company for any reason.
