I cannot believe how bad this company is. I got locked out one late night and called them to come to my house. They informed me a technician would call me within 10 minutes. The technician never called so I had to call them back. 20 minutes later I finally get a hold of the technician who informs me he will be out in 25-30 minutes. Now this is a long time when you are locked out late at night and freezing cold. However, I told him that was fine. 30 minutes goes by and he never showed up. I then called him back on the same number i had called him on no response. I call the dispatchers back and they cannot get a hold of him. I have now spent an hour waiting on my front porch in the cold... I then call another locksmith where I was told to wait another 30 minutes for them to come out (luckily this company actually showed up) I decided why I was waiting to call run dispatchers one more time. This time the dispatcher named Biola laughed at me and told me he could be there at 7 am, which was 3 hours later. Fast forward 8 hours the next day, I get a call from the dispatchers thinking that they still had a job to do here! As in I waited 9 hours for them to come let me in my house! 2 days later I get another call from there 1800 number and the person still thinks I had them do work for me! I then told him my story which at first he didn't believe was his company, (luckily I know to always write down names of people you talk to) He then was not sympathetic at all to the fact that because of them I had to wait over 2 hours in the cold late at night (still do not think he ever even apologized for this)... I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service in my life. Not only that their negligence could get someone seriously hurt. Do not use this company!!
