I called OC Design Group to request a quote for services. Their cust serv rep was impatient and rude. When I sent them an email to complain about their service, Marc responds as shown below. He justifies his rudeness by claiming I was salesman. After I told him several times that I wasn't trying to sell anything and that I was potential customer, Marc still felt compelled to respond as follows. I'm posting this so that everyone can see the type of character of a person representing OC Design Group is like. Good luck doing business with them.
