I contacted Marc A. Gaxiola about designing a web site.
I paid Marc at Studio54Design.com 1,089.00 Via paypal, per marc's request. He insisted that I use paypal and said he does not accept credit cards. I paid him and he waited 30 days before he made it clear. He knew he was not going to design my web site. He also knew I would submit a claim with paypal and they would not refund my money back because the 30 days had gone by. He was right, I got screwed. I gave him 1089.00 and I got absolutely nothing! Live and learn. Marc has threatened myself and my family many times. I have filed a police report about this and I am filing fraud charges against him. I'm not the only one that is filing fraud charges. I have contacted other victims and they are getting involved. All of marc's addresses are bogus, empty house, weekend rental properties etc. Studio54design has an answering service in Florida that takes messages for him 1800-994-6025, a front for him to hide behind. He works with some other people. If you are one of Studio 54 Design victims, let me know about it and I will forward the info to the police. They are investigating him now.
