I have been so shocked at how this business treated us. First, the owner Marc Levine, pretended there were blackout dates on the Groupon (of course). When I complained on Facebook and Twitter he said "oh after all there are none, but it's their fault". Then he confirmed a bartender for our party. The guy never showed up, and it took me a while to get a hold of Marc Levine, the owner, who then never called back!
What was really shocking is that he asked me to write good stuff about him before the party because he felt "hurt", which I did, and many of his friends attended.
I think if you pay a lot, and get all the "upgrades", he'll accomodate you, otherwise, don't count on it!
