Received email from Marc Serio that drivers for cabinet construction were in stock 9/29/09
received email from Marc Serio that design work on cabinets was done 10/13/09
heard nothing from Dr. Bass for months, emailed at end of December and was told cabinets were complete, but waiting for drivers (which were supposedly IN STOCK at time of order)
emailed and spoke to Marc Serio February needed cabinets completed or full refund, was told that my cabinets would be completed and shipped by end of February. Received NOTHING, demanded full refund as only remedy to the situation.
To date, have not received any correspondence from Marc Serio d/b/a Dr Bass LLC.
