Like the other complaints about this company, it does show how you have real deceptive people still taking advantage of hard working people. I too want to sell my land because of my financial dilemma. When contacting a local Hot Spring, Arkansas realtor, I found out the land I purchased was worth only $1500-$ well I paid $17,900 for it in 2008! From what I researched the California based company acquired thousands of acres oflots& sold it for 150% more than what it is worth. Theypulled out of Arkansas still leaving alot of unsold properties but they made their money so it don't matter to them because they ploy investors like me to purchase theseworthlesslot. Continuing on with my research, there are so many lots that land owners are trying to get rid of and we are all in the same boat. Its sad for Estrada to be involved in this real estate scheme. Per NRP contract they do notbuy backany of the lands, that's because they know it is not worth CRAP! I am so disappointed and will seeklegal help. I feel I was deceived into purchasingthe land andwas withheld crucial information.
