Fraud!!! They sold me a stainless steel water softener for $6990.00. When they showed up it was plastic with a metal looking wrapper on the unit. I have found these units only sell for 5,000 and that they intentionally showed me a unit worth the full $6990.00 in the brochures. Fraud. Scammers. I called and they said i did get the stainless unit i went to the website of the brand is upposedly bought and they didnt even carry the unit installed in my home. Stay away from these guys. I have had to contact an attorney at my own expense to have the unit removed. The installer also used all my paper towels and the unit is still leaking after installation (i put bucket under back of unit). This is bait and sitch pure and simple. Do not allow them in your home under any circumstance.
