I regularly spend my expenses by check at the conclusion of each month. Any statement obtained from the last evening of the month is compensated by email the very first of the next month. California Water company mails out their expenses the very first week of the month, and demands cost from the next week of the month, providing me significantly less than fourteen days to react before their ULTIMATE NOTICE threatening disconnection seems at the start of the next month, when my cost has already been within the email. That will be the deadbeat below - the regularly timely homeowner, or even the Bully Power? Ther oughta be considered a regulation... Class-action fit, anybody?
